I went from being stuck in a perpetual rut to finally making the lifestyle changes that I had been struggling with for years...

Not too long ago, I found myself in the exact same position that many of you find yourselves in right now.

Every three to four months I would get the dreaded wake up call. You know which one I'm talking about right?

The moment where you take a step back and think about your life, and typically these thoughts start running through your head:

"I’m not living up to my full potential."

"I’m not making the changes that I said I would make."

"I’m not following through on my goals."

The feeling of regret hits you like a truck.

What the hell have I been doing for the past four months? Why didn’t I do the things that I said I was going to do?

In my case, here’s what would typically unfold after I received that wake-up call.

Filled with motivation and determined to make up for lost time, I would sit down and map out my plan to leave the 99% in the dust.

Enough was enough. This time, I would finally take control of my life and build the habits that would set me up for success.

I was finally going to stop falling victim to procrastination and be more productive with my time.

I was finally going to start putting in the hours necessary to scale my business to six figured per year.

I was going to stop neglecting my personal relationships and start expanding my social circle.

Armed with my new goal and new plan, I believed that this time things were going to be different.

Yet despite my best intentions, nothing would ever change. After starting off with a little momentum for the first few days, my motivation would inevitably fade.

It would always be replaced by a giant wall of internal resistance that prevented me from taking action. A month later, I had pretty much regressed back to the same old self-destructive habits that plagued me before.

But luckily, time heals all wounds. So four months later, I’d get the same wake up call and repeat the vicious cycle over again.

This is what it’s like to be stuck on the self-improvement hamster wheel.

If you're reading this, you probably know exactly what I'm talking about.

You want to change. You know you need to change. But whenever you try to set new goals and build new habits, it always results in failure.

It was after repeated failures to change that I began to suspect that I was not the only one at fault.

I knew that there were people out there who had no problems when it came to consistently building positive habits, so it made sense to try to figure out what they were doing differently.

In search of answers, I began to explore the the world of behavior change, and that’s when things started to get really interesting.

For close to a year, I consumed every piece of information I could find surrounding concepts like habit formation, neuroscience, and behavioral psychology.

I even started my own blog and began to write down my thoughts, which mostly centered around strategies for building good habits & changing behavior.

That much writing and reading might sound pretty dreadful, but I found it to be incredibly engaging. Reading articles, reading books, and writing hundreds of thousands of words becomes a lot easier to tolerate when you're searching for answers that are central to your own happiness.

There wasn’t one magical moment that flipped the switch for me, but after enough research I formed a conclusion:

It wasn’t me that was the problem, it was my system.

As it turns out that, my plans for change were doomed from the moment I put them into motion.

It was NOT because my heart wasn’t in the right place.

It was NOT because I wasn’t motivated enough.

It was NOT because I didn’t have enough discipline.

It was because I simply didn’t have enough knowledge.

I didn't know that there was actually a formula for creating new habits that makes it 3x more likely that you're going to follow through.

I didn't know that setting big goals was the single-worst thing you could possibly do if your goal is to change your behavior long term.

I didn't know how to leverage the power of your environment so that the behaviors you want to do become your default option.

But now I did. So I went to work and started working on a new plan - one that would ensure I did things the right way instead of being guided by motivation and emotion.

You don’t have to spend the rest of your life on the self-improvement hamster wheel...

Realizing the flaws in my efforts to build better habits, I started implementing a new system for change that was the complete opposite of everything I had done in the past.

For the first month or so, nothing really seemed different about my life. But then I looked down at my habit tracker and realized something - For the past 30 days, I had not missed a single day of my daily meditation habit.

This was really the first sign of progress for me. Whereas before my motivation would fade after a week and inconsistency would start to show up, I had broken past that barrier for the first time ever.

After a couple months, daily meditation had become an automatic part of my daily routine. It was something that I did every single day without thinking about or exerting willpower.

Even though I was excited that I was finally able to commit to a new habit and stick to it, the skeptic in me thought that it might've been a fluke.

"Meditation isn't that hard of a habit to build, how about you up the stakes a little?"

So I did, and decided that the next habit I was going to build was going to be daily exercise.

Keep in mind that this had always been a huge thorn in my side. I had literally tried dozens of times to build a consistent workout habit.

The only thing I had to show for it? A scrawny, stick-thin frame with zero muscle on it.

After implementing the same principles as with my mediation habit for about 3-4 months, I had finally built a consistent workout habit.

Working out had become apart of my identity. I didn't have to exert motivation or willpower, it was something that just happened as a normal part of my day.

And that's the magic of having a system for consistently building good habits - the behaviors that you want to do become automatic.

When something becomes a habit, you don't have to think about when and where to do it.

When something becomes a habit, you don't need to pump yourself to take action.

You just do it because you're acting in alignment with who you believe yourself to be.

It wasn't until I did something daily that the changes that I wanted to make actually started to take hold.

For the previous five years of my life, building new habits and changing my behavior had felt like an impossible battle.

Now, it's not even a battle. It's a fun, engaging experience that I thoroughly enjoy.

Because I have a system that actually makes behavior change easy, I'm now armed with the confidence to change literally anything about my life given enough time.

Before we take a look at the system, let's talk about some of the common mistakes you're probably making right now. (I know, because I've made them all)

"Build Better Habits is easy to follow and really helped me realize I was going about behavior change all wrong. Since starting I've been able to create morning routine that sets up my workday for success."

Take a second to imagine a world where you could…

Get off the self-improvement hamster wheel

You don’t have to repeat the continuous process of setting goals and not achieving them. It's time to take control of your life and break through the invisible ceiling that seems to be holding you back.

Change any aspect of your life

With the right system, you can literally change anything you want about your life. Whether you want to be more productive, improve your social skills, get in shape, etc. As long as you build the right habits, achieving your desired outcomes becomes inevitable. Imagine what it would feel like to feel the urge to change something, and then actually change it. And then imagine what would happen if you repeated that process year after year? What kind of things would be able to achieve?

Make winning your default state

Habits are automatic behaviors that you repeat on a daily basis. Which means that when you build the right habits, you don’t need to exert any motivation or willpower to take the actions required to reach your goals. You just do them because it’s who you are. Successful people achieve their goals because they automate the process - they simply repeat the daily habits that makes achieving their goals inevitable.

Building better habits and shifting your results is a process that takes at least several months. Anyone who tells you different is just straight up lying to you. If you’re not willing to wait at least that long to see results, this program might not be for you.

Anyone who is scared of taking action

The strategies outlined in this course will not work unless you do. If you’re the type of person who loves learning information but tends to let it go to waste by not implementing it, then you shouldn't waste your money.

People who have already mastered behavior change

If you already have a proven track record of sticking to New Year’s Resolutions and achieving all of the goals you set for yourself, then congrats! I’d prefer you not spend money to learn a new strategy when your current one is working so well. Just keep doing what you’re doing.

How long should it take me to go through the course?

This depends on how eager you are once you get access. If you spend several hours per day going through the course, you could have completely designed your system for building better habits within 4-5 days. If you're going through the course at a reasonable pace, it should take you around two weeks to get through every video in the course and map out your behavior change plan. Remember that the quicker you get through the modules, the quicker you will start seeing results.
